Charles has played a valuable advisory role in the management of Woodside Fund since Woodside Fund I was first started. He is a resident of Canada and the President of Grebco Holdings Ltd., a personal investment firm.

He played a major role in the development of Greb Shoes Limited from a small, family owned shoe company to Canada's largest footwear manufacturing and distribution group until its sale some years ago.

He has had over 50 years of experience in founding, purchasing, managing and selling businesses. He is also a retired Chairman and a long time Director of two publicly traded Canadian Companies.

Mr. Greb has devoted a great deal of his time over more than fifty years to an active role in local, national and world wide Charitable organizations. He has served as Chairman of Junior Achievement of Canada, Chairman of YMCA Canada; Chairman of the Statesmanship programs of the YMCA of the USA, and many other organizations.
