Matt joined the Fund in February 1997. He dedicates himself to
deal flow development and processing, as well as conducting due
diligence, competitive analysis, and financial business model review
on potential investment opportunities. Prior to Woodside Fund, Matt
worked at PaineWebber assisting with portfolio management and investment
research. Matt is a featured columnist on TecConnect.com and a 'high
demand' speaker at several industry conferences and panels.
Matt received his degree in Business Administration
with a concentration on Finance from San Francisco State University,
where he was also awarded the Arete Award for academic and athletic
achievement. Matt is a die-hard sports fan and plays soccer.
