Paul Weinacht is an Analyst at Woodside Fund. Prior to joining Woodside Fund, Paul worked in the Technology Investment Banking group at Banc of America Securities. While at Banc of America Securities, he focused on capital raising and mergers and acquisitions in the enterprise software and semiconductor industries. At Banc of America, he co-advised on the buyout of Philips Semiconductor, now NXP, which stands as the third largest technology buyout ever completed. Previously, Paul was with Credit Suisse’s Private Banking Group where he was responsible for managing an active index portfolio.

Paul graduated from Stanford University with a BA in Economics where he was also a member of the football team. Paul spends his free time playing the guitar, sport fishing, and playing basketball.
